Made from flour using a patterned iron mould and then deep-fried, these crispy cookies are known all over Asia with different names, including kembang goyang in Indonesia, as well as rosette, beehive, honeycomb, flower cookies in English. In India, variations include Achappam or Achu murukku. Seen here with a Chinese `Fu` or `Fortune` decoration.
