Description
Cathedral, the main church of the former Konigsberg. The first mention is in 1333. During the war, it was severely damaged, but it was not demolished, since Kant was buried near its wall. Now the cathedral has been restored as a cultural center. In 1640, a striking clock was first installed in the cathedral tower, and the modern clock and four bells were installed in 1995 and outwardly are an exact copy of the clock that died in the fire during the bombing of the city in August 1944, but their mechanism is modern and very accurate
