Pakcoy or bok choy & x28;Brassica rapa Chinensis group; mustard greens or Brassicaceae& x29; is a popular type of vegetable. This vegetable, also known as mustard spoon, is easy to cultivate and can be eaten fresh & x28;usually withered in hot water& x29; or processed into pickles. Sometimes this mustard is also called green mustard because its function is similar, although spoon mustard is stiffer in texture and tends to be smaller in size and droop.
