The Natural Park Cañón del Río Lobos spreads its area of influence between the province of Soria and, to a lesser extent, also in Burgos. It is a gigantic canyon of more than 25 kilometers long and whose protected territory covers more than 10,000 hectares.The Lobos River Canyon appears many times in the rankings of the most beautiful places in Spain.It is a magnificent nature reserve with spectacular karst landscapes sculpted over time by the waters of the river Lobos.It is known especially for its hiking trails, for the esoteric Templar hermitage of San Bartolomé, and for its important colony of griffon vultures.
