Pictured is a sunlit morning view of two chacma baboons sitting on the rocky ground in the grass grooming and one offspring near the edge of the Chobe River in Chobe National Park in Botswana, Africa. The chacma baboon usually lives in social groups, called troops, which are composed of multiple adult males, adult females, and their offspring. The binomial name is Papio ursinus. The baboon was photographed from the Chobe River on a safari boat from the historic Chobe Game Lodge.
