Guatemala, group portrait of Indian women, mother and daughter, of the Angelina Iqui tribe, working together, preparing a meal, cooking tortillas [the national and food in Guatemalan, South American, kitchen], in their poor living house in the village San Pablo Purulha, in the highlands near Coban. The traditional tortilla is made ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹of corn, maize, flour and lime water and knead to dough. Then the dough is push flat into thin pancakes, flatbreads and cooked on a very hot comal (a kind of light metal tray, baking sheet). Department Alta Verapaz, central America.
